Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

Due to the custom, made to order nature of our items we do not currently offer exchange or returns as part of our standard policy. If there is an error on our part please email Sales@KristaAllenCo.com

When can I expect my package?

Your product will take 7-10 business days to ship. We typically send it out before the 7-10 business days. Once the package is in USPS possession we cannot control when you will receive it.

Do you replace lost, damaged or stolen packages?

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please file a dispute with USPS if you find your item damaged, lost or stolen.
